With the exception of “Tar” and “Everything Everywhere All At Once,” the other movies nominated for Best Picture are just passable, artistically graded B or B+, including “Top Gun: Maverick” (year’s most overrated film), “Avatar 3,” “The Fabelmans,” “Elvis.”
