Martin Landau received three Oscar nominations, all in the Best Supporting Actor category.
His first nomination was for his role in Coppola’s Tucker: The Man and His Dream (1988);
His second nomination was for Woody Allen’s Crimes and Misdemeanors (1989);
He won the Oscar at his third nomination, for playing Bela Lugosi in the Coen brothers’ biopic, Ed Wood (1994).
