Andre Braugher, the actor known for his outstanding work on such shows as Homicide: Life on the Street and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, has died. He was 61.

Among her notable film noirs are Stolen Face (1952), The Strange Love of Martha Ivers (1946), and Desert Fury (1947).

Other standouts of Bogart’s noirs include The Maltese Falcon (1941), Key Largo (1948) and In a Lonely Place (1950), which in my view represents his best work.

All in the Family was No. 1 in the ratings for unprecedented five years. At its peak, 60 percent of the viewing public, more than 50 million people, tuned in on Saturday nights.

In 2009, after having being appointed artistic director of Crazy Horse, he directed the new production, Désirs, an incredible display of his craftsmanship.
