The five best foreign language film nominees in 2011.

Nine films, includin Cannes Film Fest's Palme d'Or winner "The White Ribbon" (Germany's entry) and Grand Jury Prize winner, "A Prophet" (France) have made it to the next phase in the contest for the 2009 best foreign-language Oscar.  Today is our Foreign Film Day; please read reviews below.
