Pamela Anderson and the cast of Gia Coppola’s The Last Showgirl earned the Special Jury Prize for best ensemble at the festival’s closing night awards.

The French filmmaker, who co-wrote Emmanuelle with Rebecca Zlotowski, won Venice’s prestigious Golden Lion in 2021 for her film Happening.

Brady Corbet won the best director for The Brutalist, starring Oscar winner Adrien Brody
